郑院从“如何加强教考衔接，夯实语文课堂”一题出发，给全组老师做了培训。培训后，也谈及了中考语文复习备考提质策略。郑院从“以考定教，让学生成为考试的机器”，“手段单一，严重扼杀学生的创造力”，“分化严重，人为制造教育的不公平”，“过度学习，严重影响青少年的身心”等四个方面分析了造成学生学习困难的多方因素。

听完郑院的讲解后语文组进行年级分组讨论，三个年级分别从中考备考经验、名著复习策略、小组探究合作、作文升格方法等几个问题进行商讨。侨外易老师、邓老师、黄老师给出了非常宝贵的建议，语文课以“玩名著、玩作文”等创新方式，激发学生主动阅读、积极写作。

此次专家进校活动让整个语文科组受益匪浅。侨外语文组不仅传授了多年备考经验，更从课堂实际出发，提出专题化复习名著，再逐步把经典名著复习推向序列化的新理念。

3月22日下午，数学组一行人前往广州第16中实验学校参加李红龙名师工作室教师培训，主讲人为钟进均（数学正高级教师），主题为《新课程下提高中学数学教学质量的思考》。

这次培训为我们提高教学质量打开了新的思路，其中有两点值得我们深究：一关于分层教学要“内容分层，学习方式分层，评价策略分层”，前两项我们落实地较好，而评价策略分层是我们需要重视的问题；二“说数学，数学写作”这两个新概念为我们今后的课堂教学和课题研究带来了新思考。

This training has opened up new ideas for us to improve the quality of teaching, of which there are two points worthy of our further study: 1. As for multi-level teaching, we should "content stratification, learning mode stratification and evaluation strategy stratification". We have implemented the first two items well, and evaluation strategy stratification is an issue that we need to pay attention to; 2. The two new concepts of "speaking mathematics and writing mathematics" have brought new thinking for our future classroom teaching and subject research.
