在五月底，华外中学八年级学子在秀丽剧院迎来了一场意义非凡的青春仪式——离队入团仪式。这不仅是一场告别，更是一次庄重的启程，标志着少年们跨越了人生的重要门槛，正式肩负起共青团员的时代使命。

At the end of May, eighth-grade students at HW Middle School held a significant ceremony at Xiuli Theater: the Red Scarf Retirement & CYLC Induction Ceremony. This event marked a pivotal transition, where students formally embraced their responsibilities as members of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC).

在庄严的国歌声中，仪式拉开帷幕。伴随着熟悉的出旗曲，鲜艳的少先队旗最后一次为八年级的队员们入场。少年们神情肃穆，目光坚定，凝望着那抹陪伴成长的红色。少先队员代表陈子央（802班）深情回顾了红领巾指引下的纯真岁月，它曾是照亮童年的明灯，激励着向善向上的初心。

The ceremony began with the national anthem. The Young Pioneers flag entered for the final time for these eighth graders. Students solemnly watched the emblem that had guided their growth. Chen Ziyang (Class 802) recalled the red scarf’s role as a beacon during childhood.

此刻，摘下红领巾，不是结束，而是一次成长的郑重宣告。在铿锵有力的呼号与庄严的队礼中，队员们完成了与少先队员身份的跨越式告别，将红领巾小心珍藏，带着童年的感恩与信念，迈向更为广阔的青年舞台。

Retiring the scarf symbolized growth, not an end. With determined pledges and salutes, students carefully stored their red scarves, carrying childhood gratitude and faith into their broader youth journey.

离队的余温未散，青春的号角已然吹响。主持人阐释了共青团作为党的助手和后备军的崇高意义后，团委王雯老师郑重宣读了23名新团员名单。当激昂的团歌响起，这23位优秀青年在团旗下昂首挺立，高举右拳，发出青春的铮铮誓言：“我志愿加入中国共产主义青年团...为共产主义事业而奋斗！”这誓言，是信仰的凝聚，是责任的觉醒，宣告了他们正式跨越成为光荣的共青团员。

Following the retirement, the focus shifted to CYLC induction. After explaining the League’s role as the Party’s assistant and reserve force, teacher Wang Wen announced the 23 new members. To the League anthem, these students pledged allegiance under the League flag: "I voluntarily join the Communist Youth League of China... to strive for the cause of communism!"

邓岱校助宣读《团章》中团员的义务与权利条款后，殷切寄语新团员：加入共青团是荣誉，更是沉甸甸的责任。她勉励大家不忘初心，牢记使命，严守纪律，勤奋学习，积极工作，将誓言转化为行动，在奋斗中实现个人与时代的共同成长。

Assistant Principal Deng Dai outlined members’ rights and duties, reminding them that membership brings both honor and responsibility. She urged them to stay true to their aspirations, uphold discipline, study diligently, and translate their pledge into action.

New member Liu Huachen (Class 801) stated: "This badge constantly reminds us: 'You are a CYLC member!' It’s a lifetime honor and an eternal pledge."
